Belt Survey
BDI provides customers with a detailed survey and analysis of their material handling belt applications. Our belting specialists and account managers collaborate on the evaluation and optimization of conveyor components including belting, idlers, bearings, drives, rollers, pulleys and related tracking and adjustment products. Problem applications are identified and material specifications are upgraded to increase uptime and reduce premature failures.
The end result is a detailed footprint of the neccessary equipment, with specific part numbers and ordering information for component replacement during standard preventative maintenance or even in downtime. BDI can immediately identify the right component and deliver it as needed in such situations.
