FAG E1 Spherical Roller Bearing
FAG E1 Spherical Roller Bearing
FAG E1 Spherical Roller Bearing

FAG spherical roller bearings have always been the bearings of choice for machinery that is subjected to high loads and wherever there is a need to compensate for shaft deflection and bearing-seat misalignment.
Now, Schaeffler’s ultra-durable X-life quality FAG E1 Spherical Roller Bearing is available with an outside diameter of more than 320 mm. Providing over 60% higher rating life than our previous design, this innovative bearing features superfinished rolling surfaces and available special roller coatings that extend lubrication life and reduce surface wear. In addition, the new cage design provides greater lubrication capacity and improved roller dynamics, while the floating center spacer reduces internal friction and energy costs.
So what does this mean to you?
> Greater durability: under identical operating conditions, the bearing lasts longer.
> Greater capability: under increased load, you can enjoy the same bearing life as before.
> Greater versatility: smaller bearings can now achieve performance levels that previously required a larger, more expensive bearing.
> Greater efficiency: raceways honed to X-life quality standards reduce friction and bearing temperatures, thereby putting less strain on the lubricant and lowering operating costs.
And since FAG E1 Spherical Roller Bearings are made in the U.S.A. (Joplin, Missouri, in case you’re wondering), product availability is better than ever.
